Week Eight: Solidifying our Tripods

We will spend this week making the most of our defensive strategy. The post-bout survey said that offense should be a top priority before our next bout. I agree. I am not the greatest resource for offense so I’m having experts lead some upcoming practices. Before we get to that, I want to make sure our pack fundamentals are bulletproof! This week is about making sure we know what position we should be playing at any given moment during a bout. Then we can move on to learning how to play those positions. These past few bouts have me really excited for this upcoming season. The growth is amazing, thank you all!

Sunday, February 23rd
